Hey, Hey Hey I am going to Washington D.C to due a cooking demo and lecture on Oct 23rd 2010 at the Smithsonian Natural Musuem of African Arts. I can't wait to get there because this will be my second trip to Washington D.C since Pat Conroy took us from Daufuskie when I was in grade school 1968-69 school year. Everyone this is truly exciting for me to visit Washington again and because of a great cause that is apart of my life and up bring. Cooking and Living the Gullah Way has given me so much to be proud of. And with the help of everyone I thank you. I hope if anyone could join me there I would appreciate your surport because I would like for you to be a part of the Throw Down of the Gullah Way in Washington D.C with me.
